New
MultiVision Polymer Detection System is a simple
and robust one-step polymer detection system for visualization of two antigens
simultaneously in blue and red. A primary antibody cocktail of choice may
be used in conjunction with ready-to-use MultiVision polymer cocktail. This
cocktail is specially formulated from MultiVision polymers that provide
increased sensitivity, time-savings, and detection simplicity. The MultiVision
AP and HRP polymers are innovative, patented technologies consisting of
smaller amino acid polymer subunits that minimize conflicts in binding the
target protein. The smaller polymer allows for decreased binding conflicts
resulting in more consistent staining and better signal amplification. Ultimately,
this gives the user higher sensitivity and antibody efficiency as well as
better signal-to-noise ratios. This system is biotin-free, eliminating background
staining found with traditional biotin-based methods. The MultiVision Polymer
Detection System yields high quality double staining in less than 2 hours
on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. For optimal interpretation
of results, appropriate positive and negative controls must be included.

ONE :

UltraVision one is the latest in polymer labeling
technology. This robust, easy-to-use, biotin-free system offers increased
sensitivity, time savings and detection simplicity. It delivers crisp stains
with both rabbit and mouse primary antibodies and is offered in both HRP
and AP formats. It consists of smaller amino acid polymer subunits that
minimize conflicts in binding the target protein. Decreased binding conflicts
result in more consistent staining and better signal amplification. Ultimately,
this gives the user higher sensitivity and antibody efficiency. UltraVision
ONE offers considerable time savings, as antibody enhancers are not required,
and protein blocking is optional. It is scalable from automation to manual
bench top applications and may be used with a compatible chromogen of choice.
The polymer system also eliminates background staining found with tranditional
biotin-based systems.timal interpretation of results, appropriate positive
and negative controls must be included.

UltraVision is Lab Vision's standard and most
economical detection system. It produces a high signal-to-noise ratio and
high sensitivity at an economical price. UltraVision is based on labeled
streptavidin-biotin technology. Specifically, the secondary is comprised
of a biotinylated "spacer-arm" anti-mouse and/or anti-rabbit IgG conjugate.
The spacer arm technology allows for more efficient spatial binding of tertiary
streptavidin conjugate component by eliminating steric hindrance. The tertiary
component, streptavidin, is enzyme-bound (HRP or alkaline phosphatase).
Finally, antibody detection is completed by developing with a chromogen-substrate
mixture. The product is ready-to-use and does not require secondary and
tertiary component mixing or the long incubation times that are common with
Avidin-Biotin-Complex detection methods. Furthermore, UltraVision is stable
for at least one year.

Plus:

UltraVision Plus is a traditional detection system reformulated for rapid IHC
staining using purified and balanced components. Our biotinylated "spacer-arm"
conjugate is a pre-absorbed goat anti-mouse and anti-rabbit cocktail that links
to a streptavidin-enzyme conjugate. This carries carefully selected, high-reactivity
enzymes for signal generation using our freshly prepared, well-established chromogens
of your choice to provide superb, clean signals. UltraVision Plus is extremely
efficient. It has been designed to give rapid results for urgent work and to
optimize throughput on automated systems such as our Autostainers LV1 and LV2D.
UltraVision Plus follows traditional methods with three simple 5-minute incubation
steps. UltraVision Plus is an ideal companion to Lab Vision's new 10-minute
incubation Rabbit Monoclonal primary antibodies.

LP:

UltraVision LP uses the latest in polymer
technology. Polymeric labeling systems have been shown to provide simpler,
problem-free detection with significant increases in sensitivity. Lab
Vision's new generation polymer system uses a smaller polymer subunit
to enhance the labeling of target proteins by minimizing the molecular
conflicts common with larger polymers. Enhanced binding produces better
signal amplification, consistent performance irrespective of the target
location (membrane, nuclear, or cytoplasmic), and ultimately greater sensitivity.
With UltraVision LP, you use less antibody, eliminate avidin/biotin background
problems, improve signal-to-noise ration, and increase sensitivity for
the most economical use of your valuable antibodies.

UltraVision LP Value is a polymer system
based on the same technology used in the UltraVision LP, at a more economical
price. it offers high sensitivity and signal amplification comparable
to UltraVision LP. As with UltraVision LP, you use less antibody, eliminate
avidin/biotin background problems, improve signal-to-noise ratio, and
increase sensitivity.
