automated immunohistochemical stainers are the next generation of open,
flexible and economical IHC staining equipment from LAB VISION. The LAB VISION AUTOSTAINER instrument platform is the most
successful in the world, with more than 2,400 units sold. Why has it become so popular so
fast? Because it is the only instrument that allows you to go from the bench to
automation in as little as two days, using your own reagents! You need not
switch to another detection system with which you are unfamiliar. Use the same
reagents, protocols and incubation times that you have already painstakingly
worked-up in your lab. Program your run in under ten minutes, selecting
protocols that you have saved for routine runs, or customize for individual
slides. The system is so flexible that you can run several detection systems at
once, and add extra rinses for those difficult antibodies.

NEOMARKERS antibodies

manufacturer in the world, NeoMarkers has now licensed and produced more
than 1700 antibodies, antigens and recombinant proteins. These antibodies are
useful in immunoprecipitation, Western blots, immunohistology, flow, super

The following
is new for 2004:
- Lab Vision and NeoMarkers have joined forces to meet the stringent regulatory
demands necessary for marketing products for in vitro diagnostic
use. This means that more than 300
products are registered with the EC and FDA.
- Lab Vision has continued to invest in antibody technologies by adding more
Rabbit Monoclonal antibodies (RabMAb’s) to the IVD product line. These RabMAb’s show higher binding affinity
and thus better staining results.
UltraVisionTM - Immunohistochemical detection
systems have advanced rapidly in the last 2 decades. UltraVision offers several
levels of technology to meet individual laboratory needs. The standard UltraVision kit functions via
biotin-streptavidin enzyme-labeled detection technology. After incubation with
your antibody, use short, 10-minute incubation times to detect, providing
quick, sensitive results. The UltraVision system is ideal for manual or
automated staining procedures, and the quality is unsurpassed because we
manufacture in smaller, highly tested batches. This means that you receive a
freshly made reagent every time you order.
UltraVision
Plus uses the same great technology and quality components as UltraVision, but
is designed for RAPID staining, requiring only 5-minute incubation times for
each component.
UltraVision
LP represents the latest technology in detection systems, utilizing a labeled
polymer component system. The labeled
polymer essentially combines the secondary and tertiary steps of the
biotin-streptavidin systems into one step.
The system is biotin-free and has an unsurpassed level of
sensitivity. Use this system to get the
highest signal-to-noise ratio available.
UltraVision
Mouse-on-Mouse is a research detection system for visualizing mouse-hosted
primary antibodies on mouse tissues. Based on Lab Vision's UltraVision
detection system, a proprietary blocking step is added to the procedure to
reduce immunological cross-reactivity innate to the system. The additional
blocking step considerably eliminates non-target detection system binding, thus
decreasing unwanted background staining. The UltraVision Mouse-on-Mouse eliminates
non-target detection system binding for a cleaner, more useful IHC stain. |
