Please note: "XXX" used above is to represent the antibody number. "RT-" at the beginning of the catalog number indicates that the host used to raise the antibody was RAT, "MS-" indicates that the host was MOUSE, and "RB-" indicates that the host species was rabbit. "RP-" at the beginning of the catalog number indicates that the product is a recombinant protein, "PP" indicates that the product is a protein or peptide that was used as an immunogen for that product number, and "NC-" indicates that the product is a matched negative control from a specific myeloma cell line. (For example, MS-186-P1 is 100 ug in 0.5 ml of a mouse antibody against the p53 protein.).

Some of the antibodies and recombinant proteins are provided ONLY for biological applications. Therefore, the catalog number will have an "A" added to the existing ending. The "A" indicates that the product will be provided without SODIUM AZIDE. SODIUM AZIDE is a potent toxin that will harm live cells, and thus excluded in products designed for use with live cells (e.g. tumor stimulation). Because SODIUM AZIDE is used as a preservative, we must ship the azide-free product on ice to deter infection, and recommend that the product remain frozen until use.

CUSTOM PREPARATIONS:
For certain applications it may be necessary to have the antibody prepared in a special format. Custom preparations are available for the majority of our products (contact us prior to ordering for details), and are subject to an additional $20 fee per antibody ordered. We recommend that you order the product without BSA for ELISA applications, without SODIUM AZIDE for biological applications (e.g. cell stimulation) and 5X concentrate for use in Gel Super Shift assays. To order a special preparatiion, add "ABX" to the end of the catalog number. For example, to order 100 ug of p53 in a custom prep, the catalog number becomes MS-186-P1ABX. Please note that custom preparations are not available in the trial size. Please contact us if you have any questions.

CONFIRMING ORDERS
To avoid duplication of your shipment, please make sure that written confirmation orders are clearly marked as such.

PRICES
Most prices are given in the accompanying product lists. They are subject to change without prior notice. No minimum required to order. If a price is not listed, please contact us for specifics.

SHIPPING
Products are shipped F.O.B. Fremont, CA, USA. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping method will be next day delivery through Fedex.

FAST DELIVERY
All orders received by 2 P.M.Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders received after 12 P.M. on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise requested.

CREDIT TERMS
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charge at 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

LIMITATIONS
All products are available for research use only and are not approved for use in human or in clinical diagnosis.

RETURNS
If it is necessary to return a product to us, please call for a return authorization number prior to shipping the product. No credit or exchange will be permitted without prior authorization. Our product liability is limited to purchase price or replacements. Only unopened and untampered products will be accepted. For all returns that are not related to product performance, a 30% restocking fee may be assessed.
