Description: Tween 20 is a detergent (surfactant) commonly added to buffers and reagents for immunohistochemistry. Its purpose is to decrease backgound staining and enhance reagent spreading in automated and manual procedures.
Staining Protocol: Immunohistochemistry:Suggested to use at concentrations between 0.05% and 0.1% in buffers and reagents.
Storage: Store at room temperature.
Precautions: Do not pipette reagent by mouth. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash after use. Observe all federal, state and local environmental regulations regarding disposal.
