AEC produces a red end product that is soluble in alcohol and must be used with an aqueous counterstain and mounting media. This product is available in a Ready-to-use single solution so that all mixing and waste is eliminated. This reagent produces a clean, very intense stain that is free of unwanted background.
Staining Protocol: - Apply ready-to-use solution to tissue section.
- Incubate tissue section for 10 minutes.
- Rinse tissue, counterstain.
- Add Mounting Medium to cover the section.
Storage: Store at 2-8°C. The product is stable for 18 months.
